The Full Moon Series began November 2003 when I witnessed my first lunar eclipse. I was engrossed by the beauty of the moon, nature, and the night sky and recreated what I saw with watercolors. I decided the best way to share this series was by offering giclée prints of each painting. The prints are created by photographing the paintings as high resolution digital scans and then are printed with archival quality inks on archival watercolor paper, printed in limited editions, signed by the artist.

Giclée prints are the highest quality art prints available today. The word 'gicleé' is a French word meaning 'to squirt', which is exactly what the specialized ink jet printer does to create the print. The giclée process uses a printer that creates variable size, microscopic droplets of ink that can not be duplicated by any other printing techniques. Because there is no visible dot screen pattern the resulting image has all the subtle tonalities of the original art. Each dot may have over 4 billion colors! This produces exceptional museum quality prints.

Fine Art Giclée prints are printed in limited editions on Arches 230 gm. archival watercolor paper using archival inks and are signed by the artist.
